You can subscribe to the Blog only or add a subscription to see the comment people make on blogposts.
You may need to choose where the RSS feed should be, I find in mail is the easiest but you may want to add it to your browser.

Follow by Email which might cause extra traffic to your mailbox (button in the right hand column)
